It has been rather spooky at Newton Burgoland today with the children and staff dressing up in their Halloween fancy dress costumes! 

Thank you and well done to all the children who entered the pumpkin carving competition.  There were so many great entries!  Two winners were chosen from each class so well done to those 8 children (see picture). 

Thank you to all the parents who donated cakes for the bake sale also.  Donations from todays events raised £132.13 for the School Councils charity - well done!  The children are also looking forward to a Halloween disco tonight!
