Together We Can Achieve Excellence

**Home Learning- school closure**

We are working hard to gain clarity as to the government's plans to support children and families.

All pupils will be bringing home reading books and workbooks. A letter regarding working at home will be sent out as soon as possible.

Any queries, we will be in school so pick up the phone or email us.

Send us pictures of what you are doing we are already missing you.

Please don't worry, we will pick up all the pieces when we return.

Here’s how it works:

  1. Each week children are given a theme
  2. They make their own dance routine - use our video and music for inspiration, create something totally wacky and unique, or just dance along with us!
  3. Create a video of the performance (no fancy camera’s needed – a phone is fine!)
  4. Ask parents to email the video to school for us to see!

Ready to be the next Dance Superstar?

First up... it's the SAMBA CHALLENGE!

Below are the weekly themes - the links can be shared with your children and include more detail about each challenge, an imoves video for inspiration and a music file!

We really hope this provides some much needed focus and entertainment for you all.

Don't forget to send us your videos, email we look forward to seeing them!

Happy dancing!

🌊 Celebrating World Ocean’s Day this 30 Days Wild  πŸŒŠ

Hello Class 1. Today is World Ocean’s Day!

Did you know that every other breath we take is thanks to oxygen released from sea? That makes it pretty special, as well as being home to all sorts of wonderful wildlife.

Many of us love the sea but haven’t been able to visit for quite some time. But that doesn’t mean that you can’t make a difference!

Join Yussef Rafik, in making your own basking shark! As you know, single-use plastic is really harmful for our oceans, so Yussef is here to help you turn a plastic bottle into a model of one of these gentle giants. Click here to make your own basking shark
