Mental Health and Well-being - Covid-19
Covid-19 is taking it's toll on us all - now is the time to be kind not only to others but also to ourselves. Focus on today's achievements rather than the list of things not done and remember that we are here for you - ask and we will do our best to help.
There is a lot in the news about what we have lost with little emphasis on what might have been gained:
- Your family may feel more connected
- You may have taken time to appreciate the world around you and to make changes for our planet's health
- You may have learned a new skill or taken up a new hobby
- You may have got to know the people living nearby and made new friends
Take some time to look at the positives, try not to dwell on what we cannot change.
