Author, Rachel Greaves, visited our school during assembly to perform some of her exciting new children’s stories using puppets and props. Rachel has recently self-published a series of books about an Airedale Terrier called Ruffle and his adventures on a steam railway.

We all thoroughly enjoyed meeting Ruffle and talking to Rachel about her work; author visits provide valuable material for discussion and writing.

We look forward to welcoming Rachel and Ruffle back to our school again!
