Our school is a place where children flourish, friendships grow and families become part of a close-knit community. We offer the perfect environment for children to learn, explore and thrive.

At Newton Burgoland Primary School, every child is known, valued and encouraged to achieve their very best. We combine high expectations with a nurturing environment, ensuring that pupils develop a love of learning, confidence in themselves and the skills they need for the future.

What makes our school special is the family atmosphere that visitors notice the moment they walk through the door. Children are supported to grow academically, socially and emotionally, building relationships and memories that last far beyond their primary school years. Once you join our school family, you remain part of it.

We are incredibly proud of the many former pupils who have gone on to universities such as Exeter, Sheffield Hallam and Manchester, and who now enjoy successful careers as teachers, vets, scientists, engineers and much more. Their achievements remind us that every journey begins with the foundations built in primary school.
