School Data
No national performance data is available for academic year 2019-20 as schools were closed for a National Lockdown. There will be no data for academic year 2020 – 21 for the same reason.
The government will not publish KS2 school level data for the 2021 to 2022 academic year. The last available public data is from the 2018 to 2019 academic year. It is important to note that the data from that year may no longer reflect current performance.

For pupils who attended Newton Burgoland Primary School from foundation stage, with good attendance and no significant barriers to learning, progress is in the top 25% for maths and 5% for reading (leicestershire).
We do not hot-house for tests but aim for 7 years of exciting and memorable learning across the curriculum. A booster club is offered in year 6 to give pupils the opportunity to self-identify areas they would like more support with and to practice the skills of test taking, for life.
